Hello. I was told by one of your reps I would be receiving a product refund. How long does a product/software refund take? When can i expect my money back on my cc?

You should receive the product refund within 5-9 business days. If after 9 business days you still have not received it, please reach back out to Customer Support.

Could you please share how you managed to get your money back from Intuit? They say the TurboTax online is not covered by the money back guarantee policy.

TurboTax Online is non-refundable because it can be used at no cost up until the point that you are ready to file and then submit payment. Submitting payment reflects your satisfaction with TurboTax Online preparation of your taxes.
