Tax Year Prior to 2020: Form 3531 Processing Time

I received my tax return with a 3531 form for missing signature. What's the average time to expect it to be processed by the IRS once they receive it?

It really depends. It can be anywhere from 6-12 weeks depending on how busy they are. Best thing to do is to contact the IRS and see when they received your form, and ask them when they think they will be able to process it.
