Filed and got accepted 1/14, but apparently the IRS told me it was actually accepted on 1/27?

Why say it was accepted than? I called cause it was nearing my 21 days and they said even tho it said accepted 1/14, it wasn’t officially accepted on Monday.  So now I have to wait three weeks all over again
