Filed 2019 return with direct deposit. No stimulus payment.

Filed my taxes for 2019 on the 27th of March, have already received my return. Though when I try to check the IRS get my payment status now, I left with Payment Status Unavailable.  I do not have a debit card from turbo tax so that information is useless to me.

I put my direct deposit info on my tax return but still nothing. I have multiple family members who did not use this service and have already received theres. I have also read that TurboTax hasn't done whats needed to be done for users to get their payments.

Deeply disappointed as I and most of my family have been with Turbox Tax for years and would not have expected to be left out because I didn't file directly with the IRS.

To keep me as a member next Tax season I would like a clear and definitive answer on when TurboxTax members who had direct deposit on their tax return will be getting their stimulus payment/ OR when we will able to use the IRS website to actually get our return. Because at the moment it says Im ineligible and I am 100% eligible so the only reason I have not received a stimulus check would be if TurboTax hasn't given the IRS my information.

I was told by a turbo tax rep 90% of the people who filed with turbo tax did not receive a stimulus check as of yet. also on the internet they said turbo tax was not being completely honest about the situation
