Federal refund send date of 2/24. I paid the extra to have the 5 days advance. Today makes 5 days early but nothing changed on turbo. Will I get refunded for no advance?

I did call Cross River and tried them and they said a lot of TurboTax customers have been calling them and they told them to call TurboTax. They should have a website to check like Santa Barbara Bank.

If you filed through turbo tax on the home page it will show you a breakdown on rather they charged you or not.

Check the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, is the pass through account that our refunds go through, it's how turbo tax collects the fees.

Because you used the 5-day advanced it's not going to show up on Santa Barbara Bank website because they're using Cross River for the 5-day advanced and there's where your (refund) is coming from.  I'm thinking this is a test phase for TurboTax with the 5 days and next tax year they might not offer it because of the overall situations and majority will not use it.  I pray everyone gets their money because we all worked hard and do need our funds.

My DD date is for tomorrow signed up for 5 days early evening went the Credit Karma route still nothing!So why give me those options?

I just want to send an update as of today 2/25/25 I called 800-446-8848  and per which option I hit the #1 for TurboTax and #1 for TurboTax and when asked if regarding my refund I stated no and said something else to get a live person just keep responding customer care and they're going to ask your first and last name.  Per speaking with the representative and he was very nice I related to him what the IRS website shows regarding my refund being sent and he stated that it would be deposited on 2/26 and per another post they also stated they received theirs about 2 hours later.  I know this can be frustrating and by all means should let TurboTax know how you feel and try to be nice because again we all need our yearly tax savings.  I hope this helps.

Everyone on here complaining because you didn’t get it the five days early why???you didn’t get charged for it YOULL get your refund the ddd that the irs gave you!!! If not you get it by March 3rd. For the ones complaining have you seen one complaint from ANYONE SAYING THEY DIDNT RECEIVE THEYRE TAXES ON THE DAY OR THE NEXT DAY??? No calm down YOU ALL ARE A LITTLE TO OLD TO BE ACTING LIKE THIS! It’s coming either on the ddd or the next business day! Deposit rarely deposit on weekends depending on bank and what time deposit was sent that Friday. Have a great week you guys.

That wasn't nice what you said and if you're on this community post you probably had a problem doesn't matter the age everyone has a right to their opinion even you but that wasn't nice what you said. This community is to ask questions and to get some help and unexpected things has happened to some of the others. You can't say nothing nice be nice and not say anything. I sympathize with everyone including you. It's their money not yours.

TT isn’t “stealing money” if you don’t get it in 5 days they refund you!!! Maybe you shouldn’t live dependent on a tax return! The IRS can do whatever it wants!! So take a chill pill! I’m sure you’ll get your 25 dollars back. Stealing 😂😂😂😂
