Faxed over form 8962

Hello i filed my taxes on January 22 they were accepted the same day. On February 8 i received a letter stating to fax or mail my 1095 and form 8962. I faxed them on the 10th and I was wondering how long will it take for me to receive my refund.

The IRS releases most refunds with some exceptions, within 21 calendar days after the e-filed return is approved. Since they needed additional paperwork from you, it may add a few days more.

This also happened to me and its been almost 3 weeks since i had faxed my 8962 form to the IRS. Still have not heard anything back and it has been impossible for me to talk to anyone live. After this im pretty sure i will NOT be using Turbo tax for my taxes anymore. I paid for the help amd did everything myself. Its just so irritating!

Have you called the number on the paper,soon as i faxed mines over they put it in the system the same week.you need to call them

Thank you so much for replying to me. Yes I have tried after I faxed it on Saturday and they were closed so I faxed it again on Monday during their morning hours of operation and followed with several calls before getting to work. I havent gotten anyone to help me yet. I'm just going to have to take the day off one day this week and keep calling them. Man, its been a royal pain!

I faxed mine on a Tuesday 2 weeks ago called them this past Wednesday said they received the fax and it was in correction . But no update on the website and the person on phone couldn't tell me when they received it
