Early 2020 Return Accepted Before Feb 12th Opening?

It's been accepted since the 12th & suppose to deposit between the 26th & 3rd. I need it so bad I'm a single mom lost my job electric will be off got to take back all my furniture & tvs bc can't pay for them lost car and now if don't come soon we'll be homeless. 😭😭😭😭😭 Sorry just so upset

@CrystalSU The IRS did not officially begin processing returns until February 12th. Your return is currently being processed. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly. There's no way of knowing exactly when the IRS will update as TurboTax does not have access to any information regarding your tax refund once it has been submitted to the IRS and state department. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund?  tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight. You may also download the IRS2Go app to check your Federal refund status.

The IRS always processes a test batch about a week before the official processing date. These returns do not necessarily follow the "first in, first out" rule; instead, they are selected to test specific scenarios such as itemized returns, returns that contain a certain form, and so forth.
