Does anyone else have the issue where it shows on Turbo Tax that your return was accepted but on the IRS website it doesn't have the bar and can't find your return?

Mine said accepted on 1/27 on TurboTax. I got the PATH message on 2/15. On 2/16 I didn’t have any bars it just said your refund is being processed a date will be available soon. I still have all my info on the left side and I don’t have any tax topics. It’s currently still saying that.

I am actually having this same issue. I have been checking the IRS website daily and it’s still not found.

Don't worry. This could mean the IRS's website hasn't updated since you filed your return. If you get the message "We cannot provide any information about your refund", that doesn't mean something's wrong.  Please see the Turbo Tax FAQ below for more information regarding the  Where's my refund message.

hi Kylie,

that happened to me last year. your orange bars will come back in a couple few days. 3 days about. when it comes back you will usually have a DD date shortly after. DD=direct deposit.
