They told me i did not file for a advance when i know i clicked the adavcnce option it made me make a CK account and all that for what? to no get anything ? Turbotax Ya played us all ya owe us big time

Yes I paid them over 250 dollars to help me and I asked and looked everywhere about the advance and I thought OK maybe I have to file and be accepted first to get it. And their doing it through credit carma card. After I filed I finally found the steps and I was supposed to do it before I filed. They never told me, 250 bucks for nothing.
