No.  Once a tax return is e-filed the method of receiving the tax refund cannot be changed

In some less common circumstances it's possible.

What did you choose originally for your refund method?   And what do you want to change it to?

If you efiled, has your Federal return been accepted, or is it still pending?    If it's rejected, you can make any changes.
