Banking Information X’d out.

Just curious to why my banking routing and checking is X’d out and it’s not checked for either checking or savings, but when I scroll down to state return it shows my banking information. Any reason why? I just want to make sure that they have it on file to pay the taxes I owe for federal. 

My federal return was also accepted and I’ve received my state return already.
