Any other way to reset turbo visa password

I need to access my turbo visa account but have not yet received the card in the mail.

i need to be able to access the funds asap, i can't wait for the replacement card. but i can't transfer to my other green dot card unless i log into my account, for which i forgot the password. to reset it, i need my 16 digit card number, which i don't have. there has to be a way to reset your info without needing a card number. its ridiculous.
