I stupidly filed my taxes with someone else this year and got significantly less back than Turbo Tax says I should. Is it possible for me to amend my return using Turbo Tax if I filed through someone else? I would absolutely be willing to pay for this service if it means I will get back the amount that Turbo Tax's software says I should be receiving.

If that other place made an error, they should be willing to make it right. But to amend 2020 using TT, you must wait until your original filing has been fully processed, in case the IRS changes anything. Then:
(1) Recreate your exact original return (or as changed by the IRS) in TT Online.
(2) Tell the system you will file by mail, but then do not actually do so.
(3) Amend.
Depending upon the complexity of your return (and your reason for amending), you may be able to use TT Free.
Let me add this: Your refund should be the same, regardless of which tax service your use. Be sure you enter all the same exact info in both; and answer the questions correctly, completely, and consistently.
that increase could be due to the enactment of the ARP Act especially if
1) you filed with the other provider before it was signed into law and
2) you filed before the other provider could update its software and
3) you reported unemployment compensation or repayment of excess Obamacare premiums received
then the IRS does not want an amended return. it says it will adjust those types of returns. when refunds will start to be issued for this is unknown.
no guarantee you'll get back what TurboTax says because the reason for the difference could be errors you made in doing the return in TurboTax as opposed to what was done in the other software. It's not even clear whether you paid to have someone do your return for you or you did the return yourself using other software.
if it's where the paid preparer made an error they should amend for free.
