Address Differences - Turbo Tax Deluxe

I filed my 2019 with Turbo Tax Deluxe on Line. My return is now being held up for IRS ID Verification. which will delay my return by at least 6 weeks.

The Program did not ask for the address that was on the W-2 I had for the Tax Year or for the address on the 1099-for a 401 K withdrawal. They only asked for the  address of the Payer.

The program never even asked about  the address on the W2 and whether or not it was the same as the personal information.

 The State of California had no problem with this and paid my refund by direct deposit in a timely manner.

Because of this unexpected delay, which could have been avoided, I used H & R Block to file my return for 2018, and their software expressly addresses the issues of the different addresses.

For this reason I will never use a TurboTax product again

Additionally I paid 120.00 for this product including State of California and this is what I wound up with. An inexcusable delay in getting my return, which due to the required ID Verification my stimulus check is also being held up.

I tried contacting Turbo tax support but they want another $60.00 before they will help me.

This is unacceptable.
