Adding Direct Deposit info after the taxes have been filed

My situation is a bit different, then in most cases. I am a US citizen living abroad. I do not normally file taxes, as income I make abroad, is usually much less then $12,200. I have used TurboTax to e-file my taxes for 2019 but since I didn't owe any taxes nor did I expect any refund, I was not asked to enter Direct Deposit information. At least I did not see where to enter it...
Is there any way after my Tax return has been filed and accepted by IRS that I can change the Direct Deposit information ?    if No,
Will IRS be able to mail my check to the address outside of US ?

Adding Direct Deposit info after the taxes have been filed

The IRS will be opening a web portal mid April that will allow you to  let them know your bank account information if they don't have your direct deposit information and they haven't sent your payment.

The portal will be at this IRS website: Economic Impact Payments

The IRS mails refund checks outside the US.
