I'm lost here... I filed 1/25,, accepted 1/27 and no DD or WMR update today? Why am I left out? I know i dont owe anybody and money other than from filing with TT and the TT loan. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Try getting your transcript, your date is listed on there as well.
Have eic in my return and just checked today, the 22 of feb and the system stated that my refund is scheduled to be sent by feb 26..
@HarrisonJ2311 Mine did not update either still stuck on “still being processed” don’t know what is going on. Can’t call IRS because their not open people who filed after me already got DDD so sucks. Let me know if you find anything out I’m calling Monday and demanding answers.
Hanks for the news guys. I tried to get my transcripts, but since I do not own on anything, like a car or a house or have student loans they wont let me have my transcripts without calling and talking to someone.
Thank you so much for this information. I appreciate that. I didnt recieve anything additional stating that, so I'm guessing I'm good! I didnt claim 2018 and figured I would have to have something owed. And apparently they missed that?
With that being said, does anyone know how to claim a year that no longer is doing efiling?
Why did someone else's return process faster than mine when we filed at the same time?
As I have posted in the past ... think of the IRS processing machine as a long "pipeline" with "filters" in it ... some returns will slide straight thru with no stops. Some returns will be filtered out for some kind of review (computer or human) then put back in the pipeline where it may not get stopped again or it can get stopped several times. Each stop along the way can add more time to the journey and if the review requires a human interaction the time line just got longer.
As for all the PATH returns ... they were stopped by a filter at the beginning of the pipeline and put in a "holding pool". Once the 15th came they pushed those millions of returns back in the pipeline for continued processing where some will now slide straight thru and some will be stopped by one or more filters. They were not at the end of the process awaiting the 15th to release the DDD which is why it took a week to start getting DD Dates.
This is sort of like being at Disney World ... everyone got to the ride at the same time however some are "single riders" or have "fast passes" so they may "go on the ride first (process)" before you do ... nothing you can do but wait patiently.
Has anyone that filed February 9th have any bars or anything mine says wrong information
@Critter that's a good way to put it! Very helpful
When I hit reply yo someone post it never shows on my end! But yo those asking about deposit dates when using SBTG:
in my experience I always get it on my DDD whether I use my bank or prepaid card, ALWAYS! I use to mix up prepaying my fees and using SBTG depending on my financial situation at the time, but now I always use SBTG for reason I had the most minor problem a few years back where my receiver, which was a prepaid card, had a error on their end of my name or address however they sent my refund back to IRS and had I if not had SBTG I would of waited months possibly to get it. Having SBTG they hit the money back in a week and sent me a check in a week. So to me they are like a insurance I would never risk not having.

@HarrisonJ2311 I’m in the same boat we just need to be patient I guess lol god be with us 🙏🏼
When did you file/get accepted??? I couldn’t access mine either. So I called the IRS to have them verify that there were no issues . It only took bout 10 min wait for them to answer
Posted as general info ... deposits can happen faster however be prepared to wait a few days due to bank processing times especially over a weekend or bank holiday ....
Once your return has been accepted (received) by the government, they take over the refund status update duties, since they hold the purse strings. The status in TurboTax will remain as "accepted."
Check the IRS Where's My Refund site for the latest word on your federal tax refund, and your state government's refund lookup service for your state’s status.
Does this IRS "Where's My Refund" tool say your funds have actually been sent?

IF SO >>>
Were you having the refund direct deposited to your bank account directly ?
If the IRS has actually sent the funds, the IRS FAQ page says to allow "up to 5 days" due to variations in bank processing procedures and times.
If so did you enter the correct routing & account number for an ACH transfer ? Here is how you can see your deposit information:
Your direct deposit information will be at the bottom of your Form 1040.
To view your 1040 after filing, Sign into TurboTax > Taxes > Tax Timeline > Some other things you can do > Download/print (.pdf).
Please see the following FAQ article below if you entered in the wrong bank account information.
