Question to TT administrators about amending returns using Online and DC Download versions of TT

The online version of TT does not allow amending 2020 returns, citing because the IRS has not updated the tax forms. However users of the CD Download version have been able to amend their 2020 returns. Can you explain why there is such a difference?

Yesterday PM I still could not amend my 2020 tax return using the Online version of TT Premier. I contacted TT Helpdesk, and got confirmation that TT Online still could not handle the amended return yet.

I do not want to use the online version. I want to download the product. Where is the link to purchase and download? This is so frustrating!
