Robinhood corrected my short term loss and sent a new tax report. Do I amend this on my TurboTax Premier and file again?

Yes, you should amend your return to correct the short term loss that was originally reported. Going through the process to amend your return is the only way to know for sure if the change will affect your bottom line refund or balance due of your original return.
