I am trying to get someone to tell me how I can put my incometax money on my Walmart card.

You can't use a card. You can apply for the Turbo Tax card. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ on IRS refund methods.

Just like a checking account the Walmart card has a routing # and account number ... in the program when you choose how you want the refund sent choose DIRECT DEPOSIT  and  NOT a card.  When you do so the ability to enter the routing & account numbers will be presented.   If you do not know your card's information then ask the card administrators ... also check to see if there are any restrictions or limitations  on getting an IRS refund sent to the card.
