The IRS is saying I didn’t file my 2019 tax return but my turbo taxes says I did I need help

The IRS still has a few million unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown. In addition, the Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable. But if TT told you the IRS Accepted your 2019 filing for processing, then the government has it. (Approved is a later step, but TT receives no further updates once Accepted.) Calling the IRS will not help, and the IRS has implored taxpayers not to call them, nor to file a duplicate return. Lots of other folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient. Also see:

Thank you for your response. My biggest issue with this is that I got a “Non filing verification letter” and I don’t know what that means or what should I do. I didn’t get my second stimulus check because I they claim I didn’t file my taxes but I did. They told me last year that my 2019 taxes were file and they ask me to send a copy of my 1095-A because apparently I forgot to do it. It just doesn’t make sense that now they are saying I didn’t file. Also I got my state tax return
