Printing on hp printer has black streaks on it

printing worked fine for 2019 but even trying to print 2019 pdf now shows black streaks on the documents.  what did intuit change in their printing routine?

Sounds like your printer.  Do other programs print ok?

yes.  all else prints fine.  Other pdfs print fine.  Only the TT pdf documents are problematic.

The t/r pdf documents print with black streaks on them.  Even pulling up a 2019 document prints with the same streaks.  The 2019 files printed fine last year when filed.

Can you print on another printer?  Like save your return as a pdf and use a flash drive to take it somewhere else.  Like a family or friends computer.  Or to Kinkos or Staples etc.

All other pdf files were able to print except those generated by TT.  Even the PY files printed with the streaks.   Traced the problem down to Adobe Reader program.  Although it was up to date, a complete removal and reinstall fixed the issue with printing clean TT-generated pdfs.  No issues have been experienced since.
