Printing 2018 return

I need a complete copy of my 2018 tax return. The return in Turbo Tax doesn't have the page two of the 1040 form, the signature page. How do I get a copy of this page so I can sign and return it for student loan purposes?

The 2018 federal tax return Form 1040 is on two half pages.  Page 1 and Page 2 are printed on a single page.  The Signature Block is in the middle of the page.
