Printed return shows different amount owed than online after amendment

Having my donations was holding up my ability to file taxes this year (I still have to file by mail), so I decided to amend and remove the donations. I printed the forms, and my federal owed appears to have gone down, but online it still shows the higher amount.

Before I pay and get smacked with fees for a mis-payment, am I missing something?

When you print the return with the correction are you seeing form 1040-X or only the standard 1040 form?
