Print state return for mailing

Please refresh for more info. Please let me know if the below steps answer you question, or if you require further assist.

I was able to print both fed and state forms (I guess I will have to mail both), but it won't let me clear the payment info I entered. It appears that if I proceed, it will efile the federal for free, but also the state, which will charge my card $30.
