Print a 2016 Return

I want to print my 2016 return. It keeps downloading a 170 page document. This doesn't seem right.

    The PDF of the 2016 tax return includes all forms, schedules and worksheets for both the federal tax return and the state tax return (if applicable).  When viewing the PDF download with a compatible PDF viewer, such as Adobe Reader, you can pick and choose which pages print.

    Please send me a PDF of my 2016 return. IRS has problems with a condo I sold that year.
