I made a mistake and paid these people 137.13 and the wont give me my money back?

Paid for extra tax service by mistake 137.13,told me i would get my debit card refunded.now the cant find the transaction.

5 times i tried and they still can't find it.my bank statement says different.

They also overcharged me with a State Tax that I never asked for and refused to give refund and the supervisors was a really nasty lady. Will NEVER use them again and call my bank to file a fraud charge
