I talk to a rep this morning she was very nice .she said she could see where my codes were changing it's just the processing that has to take place even though. Wmr is not updating it is processing.. It's just the 8 weeks wait April 23 will be 8 weeks for me

Drexx9999 they told me the same thing and it's been 6 weeks since I faxed mine in my preparer refaxed on yesterday

Nothing has updated online for me. I just called they told me it will take 8 weeks till I see any updates online. I mailed out the forms on 3/11 so it was 4 weeks yesterday. Ughhhhhhh.

@rebamatic2 that's no different I faxed mine 3/12 and still have no update either. I strongly have a feeling they lost it and every time I call they just say there's no update yet you have to wait 8 weeks. I'm at 4 weeks today

I been waiting 6 weeks today. No updates it still say Still processing a date will be updated when available. I faxed on Feb27th I call every week and they tell me no updates they haven't received it. I was told by one rep to refax and then another rep said no. I was told I have 7 days to respond because letter said respond within 20 days. But if I don't I will still get my refund. I'm so confused frustrated and annoyed with all this.

Shaunte1v o faxed mine on feb27th also and my wmr still haven't updated..but a rep told me Tuesday she can see where some codes was noted on my account and that it's processing through. It's just the 8 week wait .but I am believing it will be released before then...

I don't have nothing noted. Like my paperwork just disappeared. Wth it crazy. Then some of the reps are so rude. I'm like when we owe IRS they make sure they get there money but we gotta go through all this to get ours.

@shaunte1v I have said the same thing, it's so frustrating. I have said from the beginning there should be a better system at least to be able to tell if our fax was received so we don't have to keep stressing. They can't even tell us that.

@laddidles when did you fax yours. I think ima give till this weekend then refax. It's so crazy because reps tell u different things.
