Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.

Your federal refund amount is on line 20 of your Form 1040

Have you considered this ---millions of tax returns have been sitting on the servers for several weeks, because early filers e-filed weeks ago, but the IRS did not begin to accept/reject/process returns until Monday, January 27.  It  is possible that your return is just not showing up in the clogged up system yet, and a day or two will make a difference.
