Picking up where we left off after closing

In most past years, when I exited TurboTax Desktop for PC, then came back to work on it again, it opened to the page where I left off -- the last page I had worked on. Now, it opens to the very beginning, as if I hadn't already entered any information. (This happened in 2019, and caused me to overpay my taxes!) 

How can we make TurboTax Desktop for PC open to the page we last worked on, after closing it?  Thanks.
