Payment

We owed both state and federal this year and i have already filed.  I have received emails saying both returns were accepted but the funds have not been transferred to either the state or feds.  how long should it take for this to be complete.

Unless you indicated a specific date, it happens on the due date (April 15, or as extended).  In either case, it can take the government a few extra days to process the payment.

Thanks, I did specify a date, but it was only a couple of days ago so I'm thinking it falls into the "in either case" category.  🙂
