We can print only quarterly federal vouchers with the watermark "DO NOT FILE". Can we submit payments using these vouchers?

The 1040-V forms are showing available in TurboTax, so it should not show Do Not File watermark. Make sure your software is up to date. If Online, you may want to sign out, clear your cache, then sign back in.
You can also send in the 1040-V with the watermark, the IRS will accept the payment.
Or: You can use the following 1040-V form & manually enter your information (it has no watermarks).

Yes, our 1040-v has no watermark. It is the quarterly estimate vouchers that we are concerned about. Can figure out how to print them without the watermark.
@cmiller01223 Sorry I thought you were referring to the payment vouchers (1040-V). The Estimated Tax payments voucher (1040-ES) will not be available in TurboTax until around 2/18/21. TurboTax will update their software. Then you can print the 1040-ES vouchers then, without the watermark.
@cmiller01223 The IRS form 1040-ES does not have the watermark. You can manually fill in the first voucher & then mail it in.
