Payment not taken by IRS

I completed my taxes a few weeks ago and the amount owed has not yet been taking out of my bank account.  The payment was made via bank transfer from my savings.

You can also call the IRS e-file Payment Services 24/7 at 1-888-353-4537 to inquire about your payment and see when they plan to take the payment from your account, but please wait 7 to 10 days after your return was accepted before calling.
