Past returns not showing up

I see that you are using TurboTax "Federal Free" edition. This version of TurboTax only supports the current years tax information - it does not allow you to view previous years' tax return info. In order to view that information inside of the TurboTax software, you will have to upgrade to a higher version. If you do not own your own business or obtain income through a rental property, I would suggest upgrading to the "Deluxe" version of TurboTax.

If you do not wish to upgrade, you can apply for a transcript of last years tax return information from the IRS directly. Simply visit their website provided here: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript  to get a transcript sent to you via paper mail or email.
