I already filed all of my taxes, but realized after the fact, that my job had me pay PA state taxes when I'm a resident of Ohio. I see that I am owed a refund from PA, but after clicking through Turbotax, it goes from saying "net refund $$$" to "no refund due" on the next page. Where does it go? How can I get my money back?

If you went into your filed return using amend, the meter goes to zero for your new return. You want to view your filed return. The filed return has your correct information. Doing things in the program does not change a filed return.
Make sure you filed a PA nonresident return and an OH return with a credit for PA tax paid. If not, you will need to fix things.
If you did not file a PA return, you will need to file it and amend OH to add the PA credit.
Once your return is accepted and the finances are settled, you can file an amended return.
Thank you for responding! Would you be able to explain in more detail how I do the form?
What I have done so far is just filed my federal and state, and received my federal refund. I did pay my state taxes I owed to Ohio (through Turbotax) as well. Is there no (easy) way to get my refund from PA through Turbotax?
I'm sorry for so many questions; this is a very confusing and frustrating situation. I appreciate your help!
How does this change?
According to the PA website, you can check the status of your Pennsylvania state refund online at https://www.doreservices.state.pa.us/PITServices/WheresMy/Refund. Your refund status will be updated daily.
