Overpayment

I filed my taxes prior to amendment. I have already received my federal refund. Turbo tax shows I have an overpayment because IRS has recalculated federal refund because of unemployment. Do I subtract the overpayment amount from what I have already received or is the overpayment amount what I'm still owed?

that's probably the additional amount.  do not file an amended return per the iRS.

Where do I find my 1040-X?

Do I have to do anything or does turbo tax take care of it?

You don't need a 1040x. Do not amend. Take a look at your 1040 to see how much you were going to initially get back and compare it to what you received.
