I filed my taxes Feb 3, with TurboTax. It was accepted right away, but has just said "processing" since then.
The IRS website, call center, and app all say the same thing with no option to actually contact anyone about what is going on.
Now it is mid May, and still says processing and can't find my answers.

Unfortunately, there really aren't a lot of options until the IRS re-opens. I wish I had better news for all of you who are in this same situation.
The Tax Advocate Services is still open, but they are swamped and they are limited in what they can do as well because of the IRS department closures.
It may be worth a shot to reach out to them, though, but as I said they are quite overwhelmed and limited themselves. Here is how to contact them if you'd like to go get it a go:
