over 120 days and no refund

I filed 1/22/2018 and this is October 8/2018 I was told the end of August i would get it by September 14 /2018 over a 120 days and still no refund anybody else, please help thanks

Assuming this is concerning your federal refund, the IRS absolutely will not, under any circumstances talk to anybody but you, about your tax return. You can call the IRS directly at a-1-1800-829-1040.

same here i i sent the documents they asked for they told me i would have to wait 60 days for an answer i called because its been over the 60 days and still no response the agent told me that she would be referring me to another department because they haven't been able to resolve my problem i really need my money i had plans with that money and its been almost 10 months this is so frustrating
