Our checking account is not showing that the IRS took out our taxes owed. How do we find out if we are getting it taken out?

Our money was supposed to be taken out on April 10th.  It hasn't been taken out yet and we are afraid to pay the bill if it is just late.  I am trying to find out if I made an error on my account or it is still getting taken out.  Is there a place to find this information?

If you set the date of payment on April 10 and the IRS debits after that date, there is no issue.  You made a timely payment.
