Why do you think you were supposed to get your refund only 4 days after the IRS opened for filing?

Although the IRS goal for IDVerify returns is 9 weeks, it can take longer. Please be patient.

@BFER748502 Many things are taking much longer than normal at the IRS.   Although you went through the steps to verify your  identity, you may be waiting longer than the usual nine weeks for them to send your refund.   TurboTax gets no information after you file your tax return, so no one at TT can speed up the IRS for you or get any information.  Only the IRS can tell you when your refund will be sent.   Sorry.

Your return was stopped at the very  beginning of the processing pipeline waiting for you to verify your ID ... and once you did verify only then was the return released into the system for processing.  Although the IRS goal is to process returns in 21 days or less it is not a promise or guarantee.  Your return is stuck somewhere in the pipeline and eventually the return will be processed and/or the IRS will send you a notice again for more information.   All you really can do is wait while the overworked understaffed IRS gets around to your return ... check the IRS site once a week until you see progress.
