I did my taxes with turbo tax in March it’s now May and I haven’t received any of the money back I was supposed to. Please explain

Only the IRS and state can explain, as they do not notify TT.  But what does it say here?

It just says it’s been accepted. Idk what to do but I’ve been waiting for a while last time I did them alone and I had my taxes back in two weeks

There were major 2018 tax law changes, and an earlier govt shutdown this year, so things are slow.
