Only Recieved Partial Amount for Federal Return!

It is clear I am not the only one who is experiencing this issue. I only received a partial amount of my federal return. Does anyone have any ideas of who to contact directly? When I reached out to TPG Products, I got nowhere. Please help! These funds were vital to my living situation and still are.

Does the IRS website indicate that you were sent less than what was reported on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 34? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

That's another area causing concern. It says my information doesn't match which I know is incorrect but I have verified all information to ensure accuracy.
