Online filing

I completed my federal and state taxes yesterday (03/01/20).  I paid the fee for Turbo Tax and then discovered that I could submit my returns electronically.  Why???

Was that a typo?  Do you mean you could NOT e-file?  Was your return rejected?  If so, what did the rejection message say--word for word?

And if you are using the Online version the fees are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail.

That is correct I could not e-file.  There were no errors to correct in my return.

Why can't you efile?  What is the message?  How far do you get?
