On the TurboTax app it says that my return has been accepted but on the IRS website it does not say accepted yet only received what does that mean has it been accepted or not

Turbo Tax status refers to your return being accepted or rejected by the IRS. Once the IRS receives your return then you are waiting for the IRS to approve it.
