On form 4868 Fed Extension, I made a mistake on the $ amounts on Balance Due. What can I do to correct it? I already filed it.

You cannot correct an extension, it is ok what you put for Balance Due.  An extension only extended the time you have to file your return.  Any taxes owed had to be paid by July 15, 2020 to avoid a penalty & interest.  You should pay what you owe as soon as possible.
