NYS tax refund delay

Has anyone else had their NYS tax refund delayed? My taxes were filed at the beginning of February and were accepted February 9. I received my federal return, but not my NYS refund. If you also had a refund delayed can you please let me know who you spoke to or what number to call to get some more information.

The New York State (NYS) Department of Revenue has an online presence where you can check your refund. Use the link below to review your information.

Accepted 2/5. No accountability from either side. I’ve heard calling the support number is a waste of time because the people know nothing more than what we see on the processing screen. This all started because it was a turbo tax issue causing the NY system to glitch out. And here we are 7 weeks later with no update and no refund. Shameful on Turbo Tax’s fault.

In the same situation.  Filed 2/7 accepted 2/9.  Considering filing an amended return but worried it will make it worse.

NYS tax refund delay

I'm in the same situation. Filed and accepted on 2/11.  Received refunds from US, NJ & MD, but still waiting on NY. The https://www8.tax.ny.gov/PRIS/prisGateway website just says

"We have received your return and it is being processed. No further information is available at this time. See Understanding your refund status on our website."

I don't know what to do about it either...
