NYS Refund: still waiting over 6 weeks

Does anyone have any idea as to just how long the delay is going to be in getting refunds for early submittals via TurboTax with New York State. I am at 6 weeks plus and it's "in processing". Any suggestions on how to proceed? It's totally frustrating!

New York refunds can take up to 8 weeks, and longer if the return is under review. You can check your exact status here, and look for any requests for additional info.
