I got a letter from IRS saying I owed a penalty and interest, but I had paid the amount that TT told me I owed. Now what?

I got a letter from IRS saying I owed a penalty and interest, but I had paid the amount that TT told me I owed. Now what?

Now you pay as instructed by IRS. TurboTax can't completely calculate penalty/interest, because they depend on when IRS completes processing your payment.
