Maybe you are using a non compatible Turbo tax product. I had a problem with Turbo Tax Premier not allowing me to work with my payroll wage paid to employees. I needed Turbo Tax Home and business. Went on line thru the CD software and paid 10 dollars to upgrade to Home and Business.
