Not able to get direct deposit for second state

I worked in RI  but live in MA. So I had to file one Resident state return and one non-resident state return. In TurboTax, I entered my bank information for direct deposit. This is reflected in my federal return and MA return. But not in the RI return. I checked the RI website and they do offer direct deposit. What do I need to do? I'm filing my state returns by mail.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

If you are mailing your state returns by mail, you could always fill the information in by hand on the form.
