Last year I did my online taxes for 2015 and after filing I received one more w2 form from an employer .Can I add that w2 to this years 2016 filing return online w/turbo

I'm going to file online with turbo tax again does adding my 2015w2 going to Make me wait longer for my refund this year? If not do I still do this years Filing ?and separately amend my refund info with the w2 I need to add with last years paper work??

No.  You have to amend your 2015 return.

Yes.  If the amount on the 2015 W-2 is small you could do nothing and wait for a letter from the IRS requesting payment of the extra tax owed plus some interest.

Yes the amount on it was small so no I don't  need to amend it ?

If the change in tax liability is "inconsequential" you can just wait for the IRS to correct it.
